Willmars Yellow Bike program allows residents to borrow bikes for free from any yellow bike rack in town. This app allows users of the yellow bike to:

* Report a broken bike
* Report an abandoned bike
* Check in or check out a bit

It also has an Track A Rack feature for users to let us know how many bikes are in a rack at any given time. This helps us gather better data on bike usage so we can improve the program.
